L'avenant constitue un document contractuel accessoire au marché ou l'insertion des prestations non prévues sur le dossier d'exécution approuvé par les différents services qui, dans tous les cas, est conclu lorsqu’il a pour objet la diminution des prestations et/ou la modification d'une ou plusieurs clauses contractuelles du marché initial, Il peut également couvrir des opérations nouvelles entrant dans l'objet global du marché.
