Lorsque l'organisme employeur regroupe plus de cent cinquante ( 150 ) travailleurs et lorsqu'il existe en son sein un conseil
d'administration ou de surveillance, le comité de participation désigne parmi ses membres ou en dehors d'eux des administrateurs chargés de représenter les travailleurs au sein dudit conseil conformément à la
législation en vigueur.

When the employer organization brings together more than one hundred fifty (150) workers and where there is in its midst a Counciladministration or monitoring, the participation Committee means among its members or outside them to the administrators who represent workers at the breast of the Council in accordance with thelegislation in force.

When the employer organization includes more than one hundred fifty (150) workers and when there is in it a board
of directors or supervisory board, the representative committee from among its members or outside of them directors to represent workers within the said Board in accordance with the
legislation in force.

When the agency employer brings together more than a hundred fifty ( 150 ) workers and when it exists in its midst a council
administration or monitoring, the participation committee appointed from among its members or outside of them of directors who represent the workers within the Council in accordance with the
legislation in force.
