Le Silex est une organisation créée en septembre 1970 par quelques jeunes étudiants et jeunes travailleurs qui ont décidé de faire ensemble des activités de loisirs.

L’originalité du projet réside dans l’idée d’un dialogue, d’une rencontre entre des adultes en situation de handicap mental ou non.
