La question des installations exist

La question des installations existantes est certes une problématique de tous les instants et de toutes les versions de la Loi sur les pêches. Toutefois, considérant l'intervention de Courtney X hier lors de la conférence téléphonique, je me rallie à l'idée de moduler le texte. Il m'apparaît que cet enjeu serait mieux servi dans le cadre de discussions administratives.

Vu que nous ne voulons pas une refonte de la Loi de 2012, il ne faut pas alimenter le feu en ce sens. Dès lors, je préconise plutôt de limiter nos suggestions de modifications législatives à certaines notions et non pas les dispositions pivots de la Loi.
