Si le pilote est maintenu à bord du navire pour quelques raisons que ce soit au delà d’une
heure, le navire paie une indemnité de maintien du pilote à bord égale à 50 % de l’opération par tranche d’heure.

Résultats (Anglais) 1:

If the driver is maintained on board the vessel for some reason whatsoever beyond atime, the vessel shall pay compensation of maintenance of the pilot on board equal to 50% of the operation per hour.

Résultats (Anglais) 2:

If the driver is kept on board the ship for any reason whatsoever beyond an
hour, the vessel shall pay the maintenance allowance pilot on board equal to 50% of the transaction per hour.

Résultats (Anglais) 3:

If the driver is maintained on board the ship for a few reasons that this is beyond a
hour, the ship pays a retention allowance of the pilot on board equal to 50 per cent of the operation by time slice.
