En cas de non-conformité des Presta

En cas de non-conformité des Prestations aux stipulations de l’APPEL D’OFFRE et si le Prestataire n’y remédie pas dans les conditions fixées au APPEL D’OFFRE, le Client pourra réaliser ou faire réaliser les travaux nécessaires à la mise en conformité des prestations concernées aux frais du Prestataire, après une mise en demeure restée infructueuse pendant quinze (15) jours. Le Client sera ainsi remboursé par le Prestataire des coûts découlant d’une telle mesure. Le Prestataire ne pourra pas être tenu responsable des travaux réalisés par le Client ou tout tiers, il demeure toutefois responsable dans le cadre et les limites du Contrat.

In the event of non-compliance of benefits to the provisions of the call for tenders and if the claimant did remedy not under the conditions laid down in the call for tenders, the Client may perform or carry out the work necessary for compliance of the services concerned at the expense of the claimant, after unsuccessful for fifteen (15) days re-offered. Client will be thus repaid by the claimant of the costs arising from such a measure. The provider cannot be held responsible for the work carried out by the customer or any third party, however it remains responsible in the framework and the limits of the contract.

In case of non-compliance with the provisions of services OFFER CALL and if the Contractor fails to remedy the conditions in TENDER, Customer may carry out or the work required for the setting conformity of the services concerned at the expense of the Contractor, after formal notice remained unsuccessful for fifteen (15) days. The Customer shall be refunded by the Provider costs arising from such a measure. The Provider will not be held responsible for work carried out by the Customer or any third party, but remains liable in the scope and limits of the Contract.

In the case of non-conformity of the benefits to the stipulations of the call for tender and if the Service Provider is not corrected in the conditions laid down in the call for tender, the Customer will be able to carry out or carry out the necessary work to the compliance of the benefits concerned at the expense of the Service Provider, after a formal notice remained fruitless for fifteen (15) days.The Customer will be reimbursed by the provider of the costs arising from such a measure. The Supplier will not be held responsible for the work carried out by the Customer or any third party, however, it remains responsible within the framework and limits of the Contract.
