ARTICLE 26 : CONDITIONS DE REGLEMENTS
Les travaux devront être réalisés suivant les articles du bordereau des prix unitaires, ils seront réglés au forfait suivant un pourcentage à chaque achèvement du lot correspondant.
Le paiement des travaux se fera par acomptes mensuels d'après les situations établies par l’entreprise, vérifiées et approuvées par le maître de l'œuvre.
