ARTICLE I : A la sûreté et garantie du remboursement de toutes sommes que l’Emprunteur peut ou pourrait devoir à la Banque jusqu’à concurrence de la somme de TND 20.000.000,000 (VINGT MILLIONS DE DINARS) en principal outre les intérêts, commissions, frais et accessoires, relative à toutes opérations quelconques et notamment de compte courant ou d’effets de commerce souscrits, acceptés ou endossés par l’Emprunteur en faveur de la Banque et pour le compte de l’Emprunteur; la BNPP Allemagne a délivrée une Contre Garantie séparément des présentes pour le compte de l’Emprunteur et qui fera partie intégrante du présent contrat.
A défaut du respect des termes de cette Contre Garantie ou en cas de son annulation, la Banque se réserve le droit de révoquer l’enveloppe de Ligne de Crédits de Gestion ci-dessus mentionnée et de réclamer à l'Emprunteur le remboursement immédiat de toutes les sommes dont il resterait redevable à la Banque au titre de ladite enveloppe.

ARTICLE I: At safety and guarantee the repayment of all sums that the borrower may or may need to Bank up the amount of TND 20.000.000,000 (twenty million of DINARS) in principal together with interest, commissions, costs and accessories, relative to all operations whatsoever, including current account or negotiable made, accepted or endorsed by the borrower to the Bank and for the account of the borrower; the NOPP Germany has issued a guarantee against separately on behalf of the borrower hereunder and which will be an integral part of this contract.Default of compliance with the terms of this warranty against or in the event of cancellation, the Bank reserves the right to revoke the envelope line of Credits of management mentioned above and to claim from the borrower immediate repayment of all sums which he would remain indebted to the Bank in respect of the said envelope.

ARTICLE I: A safety and security for the repayment of all amounts which the Borrower may or may have to the Bank up to the sum of TND 20000000.000 (TWENTY MILLION DINARS) principal plus interest, commissions, costs and accessories on all operations including any current account or trade bills subscribed, accepted or endorsed by the Borrower in favor of the Bank and on behalf of the Borrower; BNPP Germany issued a Counter Guarantee separately present on behalf of the Borrower and as an integral part of this contract.
In the absence of compliance with the terms of the Counter Guarantee or in case of cancellation, the Bank reserves the right revoke the envelope line of the above mentioned Management Credits and claim to the Borrower the immediate reimbursement of all sums which it would remain liable to the Bank under the said envelope.
