Le LABORATOIRE mettra à la disposit

Le LABORATOIRE mettra à la disposition du laboratoire de chantier le matériel d'essais permettant l'exécution des essais et mesures définis dans la liste des essais présentée dans l’article 3. Le matériel d’essais qui sera fourni par le LABORATOIRE est désigné en annexe n°1.
Les frais afférent à l’étalonnage et la vérification du matériel d’essais sont à la charge du LABORATOIRE et sont compris dans le prix de la location du matériel. Le matériel d’essais du LABORATOIRE sera mis en place au fur et à mesure des nécessités de réalisation des essais et mesures sur le chantier. Le LABORATOIRE pourra, replier après accord TM2SA, L’ENTREPRISE une partie du matériel ou équipement d’essais dont l’utilisation n’est plus nécessaire. Ces
dispositions n’auront aucune influence sur le prix forfaitaire fixé dans l’article 10.

The laboratory will make available of construction laboratory testing equipment allowing the execution of the tests and measures defined in the list of tests presented in section 3. Testing equipment which will be provided by the laboratory is designated in annex n ° 1.Costs related to the calibration and verification of testing equipment are the responsibility of the laboratory and are included in the price of the rental of the equipment. The equipment of the laboratory tests will be implemented as the necessities of realization of tests and measurements on site. The laboratory may fold after agreement TM2SA, the business part of the equipment or test equipment whose use is no longer necessary. Theseprovisions will have no influence on the lump sum price fixed in article 10.

LAB will provide the construction of the laboratory test equipment for carrying out the tests and measures set out in the list of tests presented in Section 3. The test equipment to be provided by the LAB is designated Annex 1.
The costs relating to the calibration and verification of test equipment are the responsibility of LAB and included in the price of equipment rental. LAB's testing equipment will be set up in as the necessities of carrying out the tests and measurements on site. LAB will, fold after TM2SA agreement NOW part of the test material or equipment whose use is no longer necessary. These
provisions will not affect the fixed price set in Article 10.
