L'Entrepreneur ne pourra tirer argument des résultats des essais de réception ou des contrôles réguliers pour se soustraire aux conséquences du présent Marché si les essais de contrôle d'exécution font apparaître certaines défectuosités des matériaux non décelées à la réception de ceux-ci.

Résultats (Anglais) 1:

The contractor shall not rely the results of trials of reception or regular checks to avoid the consequences of the present market if execution control tests show some material defects undetected at the reception thereof.

Résultats (Anglais) 2:

The Contractor shall not use the argument receiving test results or regular checks to avoid the consequences of this Contract if the run control tests reveal some defects undetected material receiving them.

Résultats (Anglais) 3:

The Contractor will not be able pull argument the results of testing for receipt or regular checks to avoid the consequences of this market if the tests execution control reveal certain defects of materials not identified in the reception of the latter.
