Les opérations d'assainissement et de nettoiement des surfaces portuaires (quais, terre
pleins et magasins) effectuées par l’Entreprise portuaire seront facturées dans tous les
cas à l’usager aussi bien sur sa commande que sur réquisition de l’Autorité portuaire pour
des motifs de salubrité publique et de la lutte contre la pollution.

Résultats (Anglais) 1:

Sanitation and cleaning of port surfaces (docks, ground operationsfull and stores) performed by the port will be charged in all thecase the user both on its order that at the request of the port for authorityreasons of public safety and the fight against pollution.

Résultats (Anglais) 2:

The cleanup and cleaning of port areas (docks, land
full and stores) undertaken by the port company will be charged in all
cases the user as well as on its control of the Port Authority requisition
of grounds of public health and the fight against pollution.

Résultats (Anglais) 3:

The operations of sanitation and cleanup of port surfaces (docks, earth
full and stores) carried out by the port company will be invoiced in all
case to the subscriber as well on its command that on requisition of the port authority for
the grounds of public health and the fight against pollution.
