ARTICLE 29 : ORDRE DE SERVICE
Les ordres de services sont obligatoirement écrits et signés par le service contractant. Ils sont datés, enregistrés et numérotés.
L'ordre de commencement des prestations fait l'objet d’un ordre de service obligatoire établi et signé par le service contractant et notifié au cocontractant.
Le cocontractant doit réceptionner l'ordre de service à sa présentation par le service contractant, sauf disposition particulière écrite dans l'ordre de service.
La date d'effet de celui-ci commencera le lendemain qui suit la date de sa signature par le cocontractant.
Lorsque le cocontractant estime que les prescriptions d'un ordre de service dépassent ses obligations contractuelles, il doit, sous peine de forclusion en présenter l'observation écrite et motivée dans les cinq (05) jours à dater de la notification de l'ordre de service. La réclamation ne suspend en aucun cas l’exécution de l'ordre de service mis en cause.
