Les opérations d’assainissement et de nettoiement des surfaces portuaires effectuées par l’Entreprise Portuaire seront facturées dans tous les cas à l’usager, aussi bien sur la commande que sur réquisition de l’autorité portuaire pour des motifs de salubrité publique et de lutte contre la pollution.
