En cas de différend le travailleur

En cas de différend le travailleur est tenu de se soumettre à son supérieur hiérarchique direct qui doit lui répondre dans les 08 jours suivant la date de la saisine. En cas de non réponse, ou si la réponse ne satisfait pas le travailleur, celui-ci saisit la structure chargée du personnel qui est tenue de lui notifier par écrit les motifs du refus partiel ou total de la question au plus tard dans les 15 jours de la date de la saisine
