Si la dissolution n'est pas prononcée, le capital doit, au plus tard à la clôture du deuxième exercice suivant celui au cours duquel la constatation des pertes est intervenue et sous réserve des dispositions de l'article L. 224‐2 du Code de commerce, être réduit d'un montant au moins égal à celui des pertes qui n'ont pu être imputées sur les réserves, si, dans ce délai, les capitaux propres n'ont pas été reconstitués à concurrence d'une valeur au moins égale à la moitié du capital social.
