Le métier des ressources humaines a vraiment évolué et continuera d’évoluer car le monde du travail évolue, personne ne pensait qu’un simple métier a aujourd’hui une importance capitale. Ce que nous avons découvert et appris de ce métier ce n’ai que la face visible de l’Ice berg. Car nous avons beaucoup à apprendre, rare sont les métiers qui réunis l’aspect humain, sociale, professionnel, finances et juridiques. C’est en côtoyant les gens que ce métier à continuer à chaque fois d’avancer dans le temps, une aide et atouts clés dans le monde.
J’ai travaillé avec les meilleurs et aussi les pires car pour certains ils ont l’amour du métier et les autres si ce n’est pas pour l’argent c’est par obligations et malheureusement il y a beaucoup de gens avec des rêves plein la tête avec les qualifications nécessaires pour ce métier qui sont toujours en attentes.
