L'Entrepreneur effectuera un contrôle de masse des blocs par pesée. Ce contrôle sera réalisé avant le transport du bloc sur son lieu de mise en place définitive.
Les blocs contrôlés seront pesés avec une précision meilleure que 0,5 %.
L'Entreprise pèsera 2 % des blocs, un par un ou par groupes de 2 ou 3 suivant les indications du Maître d'Ouvrage.
La tolérance sur le poids des blocs est de + ou - 2% du poids théorique.
