En ce qui concerne les sanctions du 2ème degré, la procédure d’absolution n’interviendra qu’à l’expiration de la troisième année qui suit l’application de ces sanctions, à la condition que l’agent concerné n’ait pas commis de fautes professionnelle durant cette période.
