Malheureusement aujourd'hui, je n'ai pas pu signer votre contrat. Croyez bien que j'ai très envie de travailler au sein de votre compagnie mais j'aurais voulu définir à nouveau certaines informations avec vous.

Tout d'abord, je voulais savoir si il s'agissait bien du bon contrat comme vu avec Monsieur Dabbaransi.
En effet, le salaire pour un expatrié d'Europe de l'Ouest comme la France est de 50000THB minimum, ce pourquoi j'ai laissé la décision à Monsieur Dabbaransi de me communiquer son offre de salaire à partir de 50000THB afin d'avoir un contrat légal pour l'obtention du permis de travail et du Visa business.

D'autre part, comme vous le savez, je dois quitter le territoire une première fois ce weekend pour vous permettre d'avoir plus de temps pour faire la demande de visa, puis partir une deuxième fois afin d'obtenir le visa business. Je voulais donc savoir si vous auriez un geste financier pour au moins l'un des deux trajets afin de pouvoir travailler pour vous.

Nous avons également parlé de l'assurance maladie dont dispose PM Group. Vous m'avez confirmez le niveau 3 de cette assurance ce pourquoi j'aurais souhaité que ceci apparaisse sur le contrat. Bien sur je vous serais reconnaissant si vous pouviez me transmettre le fascicule concernant cette assurance que vous m'avez montré aujourd'hui.

En ce qui concerne les jours fériés thaïlandais, Je n'ai aucun problème à travailler pendant ces jours. Cela peut être un avantage pour vous comparé à des employés thaïlandais plus retissant à travailler durant ces jours. Toute fois serait il possible de disposer du samedi et dimanche sans travailler.

Enfin sachez que je reste particulièrement motivé pour travailler avec votre équipe et participer au développement de Pierre Hermé en Thaïlande. Mais comme j'ai pu le mentionner aujourd'hui une autre société concurrente m'a proposé pour un travail de product manager une rémunération de 70000THB par mois. Je suis conscient qu'il s'agissent d'une grande entreprise deja fortement développé en Thaïlande et à l'international comparé à Pierre Hermé. Ce pourquoi je n'aurais bien sur pas cette exigence salariale pour travailler avec vous. Malheureusement entre 35000THB et 70000THB, il s'agit du double de rémunération. Voulez vous donc trouvez un bon compromis pour nous deux afin que je puisse vous faire part de ma motivation.
