Art 29. - II est interdit à l'employeur de recourir au personnel féminin pour
des travaux de nuit.

Des dérogations spéciales peuvent toutefois être accordées par l'inspecteur du travail territorialement compétent, lorsque la nature de l'activité et les spécificités du poste de travail justifient ces dérogations
