Le Service contractant aura droit de se présenter dans, les magasins, les ateliers et les carrières du partenaire cocontractant, et leurs Fournisseurs pour procéder à la vérification et à l'essai des matières premières, au contrôle de fabrication, de l’expédition des fournitures destinées aux travaux du présent contrat.
En outre, l’entrepreneur soumettra les échantillons demandés, les fiches techniques, agréments divers et les attestations de contrôle.
Les diligences nécessaires pour permettre cette représentation auprès des fournisseurs incombent au partenaire cocontractant.
Tous les frais liés aux essais, à la préparation et à l'expédition des échantillons nécessaires au contrôle de produits prétendument équivalents, sont entièrement à charge de l'entrepreneur, indépendamment de l'endroit où les essais seront effectués.
Les matériaux approvisionnés ne peuvent être retirés pour un autre chantier, les matériaux refusés doivent être mis de côté et signalés de façon apparente en attendant leur enlèvement du chantier.
Tous les matériaux destinés aux travaux de finition des ouvrages sont soumis à l’avis préalable du contactant. Le choix de ces matériaux est adossé par un procès-verbal établi entre le maître de l’ouvrage, le maître de l’œuvre et le partenaire cocontractant.
