Si le Prestataire refuse de signer

Si le Prestataire refuse de signer les attachements ou ne les signe qu’avec réserves, il lui sera accordé un délai de quinze (15) jours à dater de la présentation des pièces pour formuler par écrit ses observations. Passé de délai, les attachements seront censés être acceptés par lui comme s’ils étaient signés sans aucune réserve, un procès-verbal sera annexé aux pièces non signées ou signées avec réserves.

If the provider refuses to sign attachments or does sign with reservations, he will be granted a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of the submission of documents for its comments in writing. Past deadline, attachments shall be deemed to be accepted by him as if they were signed without reservation, a report will be annexed to parts not signed or signed with reservations.
