ARTICLE IV : La Banque aura en toutes circonstances et à tous moments la faculté d'exiger, si bon lui semble, le remboursement immédiat et intégral de toutes sommes à elle dues à quelques titres que ce soit quoique non exigibles sans qu'il soit besoin d'aucune mise en demeure ni recours en justice et notamment dans les cas ci-après
- infraction à l'une des clauses et conditions du présent contrat
- non communication des informations financières requises
- déplacement du matériel ou du fonds sans avis préalable du débiteur et autorisation écrite du créancier
- vente, donation ou destruction entière ou partielle de l'immeuble ou du local dans lequel est exploité le fonds de commerce ou est placé le matériel
- demande de liquidation judiciaire, de mise en faillite, règlement amiable ou judiciaire, déconfiture ou poursuites judiciaires par d’autres créanciers.
- cessation par le client du paiement d’un crédit quelconque même s’il est contracté auprès d’un autre établissement bancaire.
- si une attestation remise par le client, un document ou un renseignement donné ou remis par le client s’avère erroné ou inexact sous quelque rapport que ce soit.
-saisie ou mise sous séquestre des biens du client
-utilisation des fonds par le client, pour un usage non conforme au programme pour la réalisation duquel ils lui ont été consentis.

ARTICLE IV: The Bank will have in all circumstances and at all times may require, so good seems it, reimbursement of all sums to it full and immediate due to a few titles that either though not payable without any need to no formatting remains or recourse to justice and in particular in the following cases -infringement of any of the terms and conditions of this contract-non communication of financial information required-moving equipment or fund without prior notice of the debtor and written permission of the creditor-sale, donation or full or partial destruction of the building or room in which operates the goodwill or is placed the material-application for liquidation, to commence bankruptcy, amicable or legal regulation, insolvency or legal action by other creditors.-termination by the customer to the payment of a credit even if it is contracted with another banking institution.-If a certificate provided by the client, a document or information given or delivered by the customer is incorrect or inaccurate in any respect whatsoever.-seizure or receivership of the property of the client-use of funds by the client, to use non-compliance with the program for which they made.

ARTICLE IV: The Bank will in all circumstances and at all times the right to require, if it wishes, immediate and full repayment of all sums due to it a few titles whatsoever though not due without any need any formal notice or legal action, particularly in the following cases
- a violation of the terms and conditions of this contract
- failure to communicate financial information required
- moving equipment or without notice funds of the debtor written consent of the creditor
- sale, donation or full or partial destruction of the building or premises in which operated the business or the equipment is placed
- Application liquidation, bankruptcy, judicial settlement or, insolvency or legal action by other creditors.
- termination by the client of payment of any credit even if it is contracted with another bank.
- if a certificate delivered by the customer, a document or information given or delivered by the customer proves erroneous or inaccurate in any respect whatsoever.
-saisie or receivership assets of the client
-Use of funds by the customer, for a non-conforming use in the program to achieve which they him have been made.
