Les Parties reconnaissent que l’identification correcte du Client, dans le cadre de la Prestation, en tant qu’émetteur ou récepteur de fichiers leur permet ainsi de considérer comme valablement signés par lui les fichiers qu’il émet ou reçoit.

The Parties acknowledge that the correct identification of the Client, in the context of the provision, as a transmitter or receiver of files thus allows them to be considered as validly signed by him the files it emits or receives.

The Parties recognize that the proper identification of the Customer in connection with the Services, as a transmitter or receiver files and allows them to be considered as validly signed by the files it transmits or receives.

The Parties recognize that the correct identification of the Client, in the context of the provision, as a sender or receiver of files allows them as well to consider as validly signed by him the files that it emits or receives.
