Art 12 bis. - En vertu des attributions qui lui sont dévolues par la
législation et la réglementation en vigueur, l'inspecteur du travail
territorialement compétent s'assure que le contrat de travail à durée
déterminée est conclu pour l'un des cas expressément cités par l'article 12
de la présente loi et que la durée prévue au contrat correspond à l'activité
pour laquelle le travailleur a été recruté.

Art 12 bis. -By virtue of the powers conferred by thelegislation and regulations in force, the labour inspectorterritorial jurisdiction shall ensure that the contract of employment durationdetermined is concluded for one of the cases expressly mentioned in article 12This Act and that the period provided for in the contract corresponds to the activityfor which the worker has been recruited.
