Le LABORATOIRE s’engagera à remplac

Le LABORATOIRE s’engagera à remplacer tout agent de son personnel dont le MO estime ne pas pouvoir garder sur le chantier pour quelque motif que ce soit. Le remplacement interviendra dans un délai maximum d’un mois à compter de la date de notification officielle de sa remise à la disposition du LABORATOIRE. Les réclamations ou doléances de L’ENTREPRISE afférant au personnel détaché par le LABORATOIRE devront être notifiées sous couvert du MO.

Résultats (Anglais) 1:

The laboratory will undertake to replace any officer of his staff which MO believes not being able to keep it on the site for any reason whatsoever. The replacement will take place within a maximum period of one month from the date of formal notification of his release at the disposal of the laboratory. Any claims or grievances of the business relating to staff seconded by the laboratory must be notified under the guise of the MB.

LAB will undertake to replace all staff officer whose MO feels it can not keep on site for any reason whatsoever. The replacement will take place within a maximum period of one month from the date of official notification of surrender to the disposal of LAB. Complaints or grievances NOW ATTACHING staff seconded from the LAB should be reported under cover of MO.

The Laboratory will undertake to replace any agent of its staff, whose MB considers not to be able to keep on the site for any reason whatsoever. The replacement will take place within a maximum period of one month from the date of official notification of its delivery to the provision of the laboratory.The claims or grievances of THE COMPANY pertaining to staff seconded by the laboratory must be notified under the guise of the MB.
