Toute contestation portant sur les élections des délégués du
personnel est portée dans les trente ( 30 ) jours suivant les élections
devant le tribunal territorialement compétent qui se prononce dans un
délai de trente ( 30 ) jours de sa saisine par un jugement rendu en premier
et dernier ressort.

Any dispute relating to the elections of the delegates ofstaff is brought within thirty (30) days of the electionsto the territorially competent Court pronounced in onethirty (30) days of referral by a first judgmentand last spring.

Any dispute over the election of delegates
staff is paid within thirty (30) days after the election
before the territorially competent court shall take a decision
within thirty (30) days of referral by a judgment first
and last spring.
