Toute infraction à la tenue des livres et registres spéciaux visés
à l'article 156 de la présente loi ainsi que le défaut de leur présentation au
contrôle de l'inspecteur du travail, sont punis d'une amende de 2.000 à
4.000 DA.

Résultats (Anglais) 1:

Any infringement of the bookkeeping and targeted special registersin section 156 of the act as well as the failure of their submission to thecontrol of the labour inspector, shall be punished by a fine of 2,000 to4,000 DA.

Résultats (Anglais) 2:

Any violation of bookkeeping and special registers referred
to in Article 156 of this Act and the default presentation to
control the labor inspector, shall be punished by a fine of 2,000 to
4,000 dinars.

Résultats (Anglais) 3:

Any offense to the holding of the special books and registers referred
in article 156 of this law as well as the fault of their presentation to the
control of the labor inspector, are punished with a fine of 2,000 to 4,000
DA.
