Les dossiers de candidatures sont présentés dans une enveloppe fermée, libellée au nom du candidat et revêtue du cachet humide du candidat. Sous peine de rejet, cette enveloppe est mise dans une enveloppe extérieure anonyme, fermée et libellée comme suit :

Applications are presented in an envelope closed, read on behalf of the candidate, and coated the damp stamp of the candidate. Under penalty of rejection, this envelope is put into an outer envelope anonymous, closed and read as follows:

Application files are presented in a sealed envelope made out to the candidate and bear the ink stamp of the applicant. Subject to rejection, this envelope is placed in an anonymous outer envelope, closed, and reads as follows:
