Le travailleur nouvellement recruté

Le travailleur nouvellement recruté peut être soumis à une
période d'essai dont la durée ne peut excéder six ( 06 ) mois. Cette
période peut être portée à douze ( 12 ) mois pour les postes de travail de
haute qualification. La période d'essai est déterminée par voie de
négociation collective pour chacune des catégories de travailleurs ou pour
l'ensemble des travailleurs.

The newly recruited worker may be subject to atrial period whose duration cannot exceed six (6) months. Thisperiod may be extended to twelve (12) months for the workstations ofhigh qualification. The trial period is determined by way ofcollective bargaining for each of the categories of workers or forall the workers.
