Dans le cas de cession ou de cessat

Dans le cas de cession ou de cessation en totalité ou en partie de l’entreprise ou de cessation de l’exercice de la profession, l’état visé au paragraphe 3 ci-dessus, doit être produit en ce qui concerne les rémunérations payées pendant l’année de la cession ou de la cessation dans un délai de dix (10) jours déterminé comme il est indiqué à l’article 132 du présent code.

Résultats (Anglais) 1:

In the case of assignment or termination in whole or in part of the undertaking or cessation of the practice of the profession, the State referred to in paragraph 3 above, shall be produced with regard to remuneration paid in the year of the transfer or separation within a period of ten (10) days determined as indicated in article 132 of this code.

In the case of sale or termination in whole or in part of the business or the cessation of the exercise of the profession, the statement referred to in paragraph 3 above, must be produced regarding the remuneration paid during the year of the sale or termination within ten (10) days determined as specified in Article 132 of this Code.

In the case of assignment or termination in whole or in part of the business or the cessation of the exercise of the profession, the state referred to in paragraph 3 above, must be produced with regard to the remuneration paid during the year of the transfer or cessation in a period of ten (10) days determined as indicated in article 132 of this code.
