Le taux d’intérêt effectif global, calculé conformément aux dispositions légales en vigueur, est indiqué sur les relevés de compte et ou le décompte des intérêts et commissions adressés par la Banque à l’Emprunteur lorsqu’il s’agit d’un découvert en compte, et sur le bordereau de décompte adressé par la Banque à l’Emprunteur après chaque opération lorsqu’il s’agit d’escompte de papier commercial ou financier.
