La mise en œuvre de la feuille de route dans les 10 projets que compte le Sud Soudan passe par le renforcement de capacités pour les personnels de santé et les coordonnateurs de projet TIDC.

Du 19 au 24 juillet 2013, s’est tenue au « Aron Hôtel » de Juba une formation des formateurs sur la philosophie du TIDC et sur tous les aspects de mise en œuvre et de gestion de la stratégie.

En vue de leur permettre d’assurer des formations en cascade efficaces à différents niveaux du système de santé, les participants ont été outillés tant sur les basiques de l’APOC et ses stratégies que sur la mobilisation des ressources et l’utilisation des fonds mis à disposition par le Programme.

Une visite de terrain à Rajah Payam dans la province Equatoria-Central a été organisée pour conforter le savoir-faire des participants dans les relations avec l’administration publique, les structures sanitaires et la communauté.
