Le coulage des pieux et des barrett

Le coulage des pieux et des barrettes ne pourra être entrepris qu'après accord écrit du Maître d’ouvrage ou de son représentant désigné, après prise de connaissance du niveau et des caractéristiques du terrain en fond de forage.
Avant le coulage, le forage sera soigneusement curé et les armatures mises en place.
Un nouveau curage du fond de forage devra être fait juste avant bétonnage.
Lorsqu'un pieu ou une barrette aura été coulé, il devra s'être écoulé au moins 48 heures avant de débuter les opérations de forage ou fonçage sur un pieu voisin ou barrette voisine.
Le bétonnage sera mis en œuvre par tube plongeur constamment amorcé. L'amorçage initial sera effectué avec un bouchon de pate pure de ciment contenant une pelote dense de tournure de fer.
Le coulage de chacun des pieux et barrettes sera réalisé en une seule journée sans interruption.
L'enrobage des aciers est indiqué sur les plans d’exécution. L'Entrepreneur prendra les mesures nécessaires au maintien des cages d'armatures pendant le bétonnage et s'assurera que l'enrobage minimal est respecté.
La composition et la maniabilité du béton seront particulièrement étudiées en vue d'une mise en œuvre correcte. Elles seront soumises à l'approbation du Maître d’ouvrage.
La mise en œuvre du béton sera effectuée d'une manière régulière et sans interruption. Les dispositions prévues et en particulier celles destinées à la confection du bouchon d'amorçage seront soumises à l'agrément du Maître d’ouvrage.
