Au titre de l’exécution de la Prest

Au titre de l’exécution de la Prestation, chaque Partie s’engage à respecter l’ensemble des obligations auxquelles elle est tenue en vertu des accords qu’elle aura conclu par ailleurs avec SWIFT.

Résultats (Anglais) 1:

In respect of the performance of the work, each party undertakes to respect all the obligations to which it is required under the agreements that it has entered into with SWIFT.

Résultats (Anglais) 2:

Under the execution of the Services, each party agrees to comply with all the obligations it held under the agreements it has concluded with SWIFT otherwise.

Résultats (Anglais) 3:

Under the execution of the delivery, each Party undertakes to comply with all the obligations it is held under the agreements it will be concluded by elsewhere with SWIFT.
