L'entrepreneur est tenu de protéger efficacement contre tout risque d'endommagement ou de destruction tous les arbres, buissons et plantations existants dont l'enlèvement n'est pas explicitement prévu. Seuls les buissons, arbres ou plantations explicitement désignés seront enlevés.
Les arbres et buissons seront protégés et cette protection sera maintenue pendant toute la durée des travaux. Les arbres et buissons qui auraient tout de même été endommagés pendant la période de protection seront replantés aux frais de l'entrepreneur.
