Après achèvement des travaux, Le partenaire cocontractant devra procéder au nettoyage du chantier et à l'enlèvement de tout matériel, matériaux excédentaires, gravats et toutes installations provisoires.
Le terrain et les ouvrages devront être en bon état de propreté. La réception définitive pourra être différée si ces conditions ne sont pas remplies.
Le service contractant se réserve le droit de fixer un délai convenable pour le nettoyage du chantier. Passé ce délai et, après mise en demeure, il pourra charger d'autres partenaires cocontractants de nettoyer le chantier et de déblayer, aux frais du partenaire cocontractant
