ARTICLE VI : En cas de poursuites judiciaires, l’Emprunteur supportera outre les intérêts conventionnels et de retard, une majoration de 2% jusqu’à remboursement intégral de la créance ainsi que les honoraires d’Avocat fixés conventionnellement par instance à TND :
- 120,000 devant la Justice Cantonale
- 200,000 devant le Tribunal de 1ère instance
- 270,000 devant la Cour d’Appel
- 350,000 devant la Cour de Cassation.
L’Emprunteur supportera, en outre, les frais d’expertise et les entiers dépens
