Les Parties reconnaissent que leur identification correcte en tant qu’émetteur et récepteur de fichiers FileAct leur permet de considérer comme valablement signés par elles les fichiers émis ou reçus au titre de la Prestation.
Le Client décharge la Banque de toute responsabilité concernant les incidents, dommages et fraudes pouvant découler de l'absence de confirmation par télécopie.

The Parties recognize that their correct identification as both a transmitter and receiver of files FileAct allows them to be considered as validly signed by them the files emitted or received in respect of the provision.
The customer unloads the Bank from any liability regarding the incidents, damage and fraud that may arise from the absence of confirmation by fax.
