Le délai spécifié dans l’article 4.6 (J) de la Pièce II du Contrat pour l’approbation est de 15 jours à compter de la réception de la demande, soit le 21 Avril 2015 dans ce cas, échéance qui est déjà dépassé, cette demande sera réputée avoir été approuvée par le Maître d’Ouvrage et ce dernier a donné son accord.
