Le sous-traitant doit déclarer durant son analyse des risques les produits chimiques qu’il compte utiliser sur le site
Il doit fournir à JLEC une fiche santé-sécurité, pour chaque substance ou matériau utilisé sur un site.
Il peut à tout moment, et sur sa demande, consulter les fiches santé-sécurité propres à JLEC.
