En dehors des cas prévus par l’article V.15 (actualisation et/ou révision), et tant que les conditions de réalisation restent dans les limites citées ci-dessus, le partenaire cocontractant ne peut sous aucun prétexte revenir sur les prix globaux et forfaitaires qui ont été consentis par lui (cf. Article 42 du CCAG, du 21 Novembre 1964).

Apart from the cases provided for by article V.15 (updating or revision), and as long as the conditions remain within the limits mentioned above, the purchasing partner cannot under any circumstances return on global and lump sum prices which were made by him (cf.
