Les opérations d ‘assainissement et de nettoiement des surfaces portuaires (quais, terre
pleins et magasins) effectuées par l’Entreprise portuaire seront facturées dans tous les
cas à l’usager aussi bien sur sa commande que sur réquisition de l’Autorité portuaire pour
des motifs de salubrité publique et de la lutte contre la pollution.
