Si l’agent ne donne pas de suite à la seconde mise en demeure qui lui est adressée avec accusé de réception faisant foi pour absence irrégulière, il peut être mis fin à sa relation de travail à l’expiration d’un délai maximum de (08) huit jours et ce sans indemnité ni préavis

Résultats (Anglais) 1:

If the agent does not immediately to the second formal notice which is addressed to him with acknowledgment of receipt is valid for irregular absence, it can be put end to her employment relationship on the expiry of a period of (08) eight days and this without further compensation or notice
