La réponse d'intérêt général qui lui est notifiée par le service contractant dans un délai de cinq (05) jours, est en même temps notifiée à l’ensemble des entreprises qui ont retiré le cahier des charges, cette réponse doit être notifiée en gardant l’anonymat du demandeur d’éclaircissement pour chaque soumissionnaire destinataire.
