Dans le cas où le matériau ne satis

Dans le cas où le matériau ne satisfait pas les spécifications du Marché, et qu'il a été utilisé pour construire un ouvrage (ou une de ses parties), l'Entrepreneur devra détruire et reconstruire à ses frais l'ouvrage (ou la partie d'ouvrage) concerné(e) et évacuer les gravats ou déblais. Aucun frais relatif à l'ouvrage (ou à la partie d'ouvrage) détruit(e) ne sera rémunéré.

Where the material does not meet the specifications of the contract, and it has been used to build a book (or one of its parts), the contractor shall destroy and rebuild at its own expense the work (or part of the book) (e) and remove the rubble or debris. No charges relating to the book (or the part of book) destroyed (e) shall be paid.

In the case where the material does not meet the market's specifications, and has been used to build a structure (or part thereof), the Contractor shall destroy and rebuild at its expense the work (or part Material) concerned (e) and remove any litter or debris. No charges relating to the work (or part of the work) destroys (e) shall be paid.

In the case where the material does not meet the specifications of the Contract, and that it has been used to construct a book (or one of its parts), the Contractor shall destroy and rebuild at his expense the book (or the part of book) concerned(e) and evacuate the rubble or rubble.
