Ces essais seront réalisés dans le cadre d’une convention tripartite Maître de l’Ouvrage/Laboratoire/Entrepreneur (voir modèle joint au dossier de l’Appel d’Offres). Le paiement du montant des essais de contrôle, réalisés dans le cadre de cette convention, sera effectué selon la répartition suivante : 50% à la charge du Maître de l’Ouvrage et 50% à la charge de l’Entrepreneur. Les essais non spécifiés dans la convention sont à la charge de l’entrepreneur et seront réalisés par un laboratoire agréé par le Maître d’Ouvrage.

These tests will be carried out under a tripartite master of work/laboratory/contractor agreement (see model attached to the record of the call for tenders). The amount of control trials under this agreement, will be paid as follows: 50% charge of the employer and 50% borne by the contractor. The tests not specified in the agreement are the responsibility of the contractor and will be carried out by a laboratory approved by the master of work.

These tests will be carried out as part of a tripartite agreement the Master Books / Laboratory / Contractor (see model attached to the file of the Tender). Payment of the amount of control tests, carried out as part of this agreement, will be made on the following basis: 50% at the expense of the Employer and 50% borne by the Contractor. Unspecified tests in the agreement are the contractor's responsibility and will be carried out by a laboratory approved by the Client.

The payment of the amount of control tests, made in the framework of this convention, shall be carried out according to the following distribution: 50% to the load of the Master of the book and 50% to the load of the Contractor.The tests, not specified in the convention are to be borne by the contractor and will be carried out by a laboratory approved by the Contracting Authority.
