Le service contractant en présence

Le service contractant en présence du cocontractant, du Bureau d'Etudes Techniques chargé du suivi, des services concernés (C.T.C, Service des eaux, Sonelgaz...) procède à la réception provisoire des travaux dans un délai de quinze (15) jours à compter de la date de réception de l’avis mentionné ci-dessus.
