Tout soumissionnaire désirant obtenir des éclaircissements au sujet du cahier des charges et documents de la présente consultation sélective est tenu de notifier par tous moyens une requête écrite au service contractant. Cette requête n’est recevable que dans les dix (10) qui suivent la date de la lettre consultation

Any bidder wishing to obtain clarification about the specifications and documents of this selective consultation is required to notify an application written to the contracting service by all means. This application is admissible only within ten (10) following the date of the consultation letter
