Le dépôt du bon de commande constitue une acceptation du contrat de manutention.
La commande des équipes faite en conférence de placement est prise en considération. De ce fait la responsabilité de l’ Entreprise Portuaire est soumise aux dispositions de l’ordonnance 76-80 du 23 Octobre 1976 modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 98- 05 du 25 Juin 1998 portant Code Maritime Algérien.
